SAN FRANCISCO (June 8, 2015) – Bel Air Investment Advisors, LLC (Bel Air), a leading wealth management advisory firm to high net worth individuals, families, trusts and foundations, announced today that Supriya Batra and Stephanie Withers will join the growing team of leading advisors as senior vice presidents in its newly established San Francisco office as the firm continues its previously announced expansion plans.

“We are very proud to join forces with Supriya and Stephanie, who are both highly credible and successful high net worth wealth advisors. We see tremendous growth potential in the Bay Area private wealth market and Supriya and Stephanie make perfect additions to our team that will aid our expanding portfolio of Bay Area clients,” said Darell Krasnoff, Bel Air’s co-founder and managing partner and lead partner of the firm’s San Francisco office.

Bel Air’s pioneering founders Todd Morgan, Darell Krasnoff and Reed Halladay established Bel Air and oversaw its growth as it became recognized as one of the nation’s largest independent advisory firms, serving the ultra-high net worth segment of the private wealth market.

“We are delighted to join Darell, Anup Goel and the rest of the team in the San Francisco office as we together grow and expand the firm’s presence in the Bay Area,” said Batra.

“We were both attracted to Bel Air’s culture of entrepreneurship, independence, and putting clients first,” continued Withers.

Supriya Batra joins Bel Air with over 14 years of experience in wealth management. Supriya was previously a client advisor at the Private Bank at J.P. Morgan, and was a managing director at Sterling Stamos where she was focused on client management. Prior to that, she was a vice president in the Private Wealth Management group at Goldman Sachs. Supriya attended the University of California, Berkeley’s Haas School of Business and obtained her MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business. She also serves on the Board of Summer Search, Silicon Valley.

Stephanie Withers joins Bel Air with over 15 years investment experience, all based in the San Francisco Bay Area. She was most recently an executive director in J.P. Morgan’s Private Bank, where she was responsible for strategic asset allocation decisions and the implementation of investment solutions for clients, including tactical tilts, manager selection and portfolio construction. Prior to J.P. Morgan, she spent seven years in the investment research department at Goldman Sachs covering the software and media sectors. Earlier in her career, she was an associate at Cambridge Associates, an investment-consulting firm to large pension funds and endowments and prior to that she was an analyst at Robertson Stephens.
